Spring 2011 Practice Information

La Salle women's rugby is always looking for new players and we encourage anyone who is interested to attend a practice. There's absolutely no experience necessary! Thought we do suggest you bring cleats if you have them, most types of soccer/lacrosse/softball cleats are fine.

If you have other questions or concerns about coming to your first practice please feel free to contact a club officer or coach, all listed on our leadership page.

We practice Tuesday-Friday. We practice on Mondays on weeks where we have Friday games or Friday travel.

Spring 2011 Practice Schedule:

Monday (if needed) 4:15pm-6:00pm @ Rec Field

Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm @ McCarthy Stadium

Wednesday 7:00pm-9:00pm @ McCarthy Stadium

Thursday 4:15pm-6:00pm @ Rec Field

Friday 4:15pm-6:00pm @ Rec Field

La Salle Taking it to the Next Level-Collegian

The men’s and women’s rugby teams are under new leadership this season, as both teams hired new coaches over the summer. Lou Gana, the head coach of the men’s team, looks to take the team to new territory, while Head coach Ali El-Kerdi looks to keep the winning tradition here with the women’s team.
