La Salle women's rugby is always looking for new players and we encourage anyone who is interested to attend a practice. There's absolutely no experience necessary! Thought we do suggest you bring cleats if you have them, most types of soccer/lacrosse/softball cleats are fine.

We practice Tuesday-Friday. We practice on Mondays on weeks where we have Friday games or Friday travel.

Fall 2010 practice times and locations should be posted in August.
